Compaq TL891 tape library and Windows 2000 Backup

Any one have any how-to articles on getting the Compaq TL891 with 2 drives to work with Windows 2000 Backup? Or maybe Veritas Backup Exec 8.6? I'm having a hard time finding the right articles...

You should get the correct drivers for the TL891 and W2K on ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp19501-20000/SP19823.exe

For BENT 8.6, you should get the Library Expansion Option to recognize your library..

Re: Compaq TL891 tape library and Windows 2000 Backup

Thanks for the reply. I also did happen to find the right drivers on Compaq's web a short while ago. I did try the Veritas drivers also, but that caused some symptoms with shutdowns on the server. I'm looking to try using Removable Storage to work with the library first, although I was recommended by Compaq to use Veritas BE. I'll prob just contact them for support if I turn to that. But, I don't have much experience with libraries, would you happen to have and step-by-step links on setting up backups with NTBackup and the TL891?
