table somewhere at the Arcserve Website.
Those drives have been tested and should
work.
But a drive may even work if it is not
mentioned in this table.
So if you buy a drive that is in this list,
you are on the safe side :-)

SolutionIts quite possible for you to not see the tape in device manager but that Arcserve can still access it.
I know for a fact the U215i U215e 448 and 460 drive work with Arcserve
