Configuring Storagetek 9738

I ve got a STK 9738 (new-unused for 3 yrs) and need to configure with a HPUX 11i server to run 'Networker' for some backups. THe libray is working fine by itself. When connected to the server , it is not detected by the server. ioscan does not report that the device is present as is inquire. Can someone provide me some info. based on your experiences on what to do next if the SCSI device is not detected.
- checked the cable (STK Engineer)
- changed the SCSI ID

Do you see the box as UNCLAIMED?

You probably need to include the schgr driver.

Please provide an "ioscan -fn".
