Connecting 7980S to L3000

Does anyone know of a cable that can connect the 7980S (SE SCSI) to the back of the L3000 (Ultra-2 SCSI)? Is it supported?

The 7980S (9 track tape drive) has a centronics type 50-pin adapter and is SCSI-1. The voltage differences between SCSI-1 and lvd (Ultra-2 SCSI) require a converter or just getting a SCSI-1 card:
