DAT 72 NO_HW Problem

Pls I just got a replacement Dat72 tape drive and tried installing in tape Array of HP rp4000 800 series running HP B.11.11
Pls, how do I change the NO_HW under S/W State to CLAIMED, and system can't be rebooted because its a live production server?
(I think Device was unplugged from SCSI bus). Here are details of commands ran and result

Re: DAT 72 NO_HW Problem

try ioscan -fnC tape

them if you see a new drive

them again the ioscan -fnC tape

maybe the name of the tape will change depend on the instant number.
