DAT 72 USB
HI , i´m having the next issue.
I´ve a DAT 72 USB tapedrive , i´ve just reinstalled all the system because a system degradation , now im trying to install the DAT drive again but it get an error and can't work again , is strange because the tape was working correctly with the same operating system and driver, so if anyone can help me with this. thank you
i forgot to mention that the OS im on is win XP pro SP3 , i've tried even reformating the machine and installing all again , but it did'nt work.

I can't suggest much from the information provided here.
Somebody might be able to give some suggestions with a bit more information.
What error do you get?
What driver are you using?
Does the device manager see the tape drive?
Can L&TT communicate with the drive?
I assume you've already checked but just to be safe, is the cable OK?

Hi,
"It doesn't work" isn't particularly helpful to anyone.
Please let us know *exactly* what you did, and what the errors are...
