DAT72 USB external

Hello, I am using DAT72 USB external drive to backup my data in Windows XP Prof (I use Microsoft Backup)

Now I am upgrading OS to Vista. Currently there is no driver update in hp website for Vista.

1. Existing Windows XP driver works in Vista? If not hopw do I get Driver which supports Vista?
2. Does Microsoft Vista have Backup solution which supports Tapedrive?
