if its a surestore dlt80 i or e use LT&T to upgrade and if you dont want to use its "get files from web" option - you can pick the fw up here:

if its a pre-merger compaq dlt8000 i or e
you can use the LT&T Diag sw to get the fw from the web and run the upgrade:
