DLT rewinding issue

some time DLT tape hangs and not rewinding then need to restart the external DLT unit..
LTT no issue.

Could you run a device analysis test on the drive using LTT and post the results.

If you can post the LTT support ticket (.ltt file), we can review the event logs to see if it is seeing any SCSI communication errors.

that s a critcal server there is no permisstion to install any other software


so.. need to replace the external dlt drive to solve the issue.
