DLT4000 Dead after Firmware upgrad using L&TT

After upgrading the firmware of a DLT4000 to version V150/CPQ-2 the OS no longer sees the drive. L&TT dosn't eather. I've rebooted, refreshed, etc and not luck. I was able to connect an external DLT4000 I had but need to get the internal one going. Any suggestions?

It's Alive. Had to reboot the server and it recognized the drive. Had tryied it before but who knows.
That shouldn’t be a problem
