DLT4500 Library

Hi All,
I am using DLT4500 Library on K class running hp-ux 11
## mc -p /dev/picker -r DS
ERROR: 0x0 No Sense : 0x0 No additional sense information

What may be the wrong ?It was working fine.

I got the whole unit replaced by HP
now it is working fine.
