DLT8000 Firware Error

I was upgrading my DLT8000 today from V080 to V087 using the latest LTT. After a few seconds of downloading firmware I received the error "firmware update failed" I now have 4 lights permanently on, on the right hand side of the drive. Does this mean it is dead? or is there anything I can do?
