DP 5.5 LIcense issue for windows online extenion

i have 1 license cell manager
and 5 license for online extenion for windows( i use 2 node Sql server with cluster and 2 oracle server and 1 exchange)

and i install disk agent to dp cell manager and another agent to Domain controller
but when i check report i found and warning message 2 license needed

and i use the command omnicc -license -details

5 license appear obtained and 2 license needed for online-extention for windows
