Data Protector Express

Recently purchased a Dat72 USB drive, drivers for usb device loaded ok. Data Protector Express software will not install on the server which is running Windows 2000 SP4. The software install starts, flashs up the splash screen and just exits. Disc is ok and installs on a WinXP machine ok.

Be sure you have IE updated. Check the requirements page for the version required. I had the same problem and I think I updated to IE 6 and the software installed.
