Device I/O control error on Bus 0, Target 0, Lun 0
Hi to everyone,
i have a problem with a MSL 5026 1x SDLT, when i execute a robtest he report me an error:
Device I/O control error on Bus 0, Target 0, Lun 0
This MSL are connected to a DL380 G3
with a PCI- Hp 64-Bit/133Mhz PCI-X 2 CH ultra320 HBA.
Thkx for your help

Robtest, if I am not mistaken, this must be a utility that can be executed via Netbackup
I think the issue is more related to a robot communication issue. It could be as trivial as for the fact that robtest may be pointing to the incorrect path.

a solved this problem with a firmware upgrade to the MSL.
After the upgrade the error disapear.

I made a firmware upgrade to the MSL and redefine the id┬┤s in the veritas.
