Documentation of DLT40/80 internal events

Dear Experts,
Does anyone of you know about a documentation of the 40/80 tape drive internal events (generated by drive, read out by HPLTT). If its an internal documentation, just please tell me the number of that if possible (then I can ask directly from HP). I tried to find it in CSN, google, and hp.com, but i didnt found anything.

I didn't completely understand the question but I will take a stab at it...
I understood that you would like to know how to retrieve DLT40/80 error logs generated by the drive?

Usually you can get this from a support ticket in HP StoraageWorks Library and Tape Tools (LTT).

Thanks Jaclyn, but maybe then i was not clear enought :) I ran HP LTT against a DLT drive, and HP LTT write out the internal log of the DLT:
- executing loop 4 (check event logs)
- events seen as a warning (from prior to this test) (loop 4 (check event logs)
- Packet # 83 - Event\: A402 [V80-0 12-SEP-2001] 121\:25\:36.131 POH/PC= 34243/35
I want to know, what the event message means, but i need the documentation about the error message, how to decode it, not just information about this message. Cause there was several error message, not just this one.

Thanks Peter, I found that topic :) On that threats, the experts can decode the event message, and i need the documentation what they use for decoding. Maybe its better if i try to contact with them directly...
