Driver for DAT 3 on NT Digital

I have a Digital Server 3000 runing Windows NT, and I need to read a tape DAT 3, but the Windows not install the DAT driver. Ind the Compaq web site I found the drive for DAT tape on Windows Intel. Please send me the driver for my configuration.
