EML add host/HBA issues

Hi,

I have an EML245e at the following firmware revisions:
Robotics 1222 (6.26.55), Drives L6CS, Interface controller 1 and 2 5944 then Interface Manager l232 - CVTL 2.301

The library had a new IM card, and now i cannot get the existing backup server to see the drives. When we try and add existing Host/HBA's in CVTL it does not see the Backup server HBA's, although it will see another server that is zoned in.

All zoning has been checked, and is correct.

any ideas ?
