ERROR: Code 94 - autoloader 1/8 LTO2

hi,

from some day my HP Surestore autoloader 1/8 HP Ultrium 460 gives the following error:

- ERROR: Code 94

to me that what can be?

Hi Marco

Error code 94 means Cartridge unload error where A failure occurred while trying to unload a cartridge from the drive to its slot. It seems to be failure with Autoloader robotics. Please log a call with your local HP support
