ESL 712 E Load Port Alignment Issue

Is there an issue with the load port becoming misalgin, if so what is the solution and if parts are required, what is the HP part number?

Yes, there are ways for the loadport to be misaligned. However, for me to assist you I will need to have a more complete description of the problem symptoms. Are you talking about the loadport magazine itself, or the entire loadport mechanism, containing 2 or 4 removable magazines? Are media insertion and removals failing? Is the loadport being sensed as open when it is not? Does it rub on the door openning as it is pulled out?
