ESL712E errors
ESL712-e has a message in the OCP, "Reconnecting". The last two errors in the OCP are, No matching frame and Logical unit not ready. ECD not present.
Any ideas on what may be causing this?
The customer has power cycled the library but the error does not clear.
Thanks

Re: ESL712E errors
Do you have latest FW bundle installed on the unit?
previous FW allow the OCP to show some informational internal messages between the components, this has been removed since it caused only confusion. If the library is running fine, I would says this is not a problem.
If the library is not running fine, the logs form CV will help to diagnose.
