ESL712E tape library Inventory errors

The robot seems to be reading some barcodes correctly and missing other during a inventory. We ran calibrate which ran fine and there were no errors in the event log. Are we looking at a bad barcode reader or Y-Axis motor?

It would be difficult to tell that for sure as its working fine now.
Give it 2 weeks time and monitor the situation
