ESL9322 critical error

Hello

We have a new ESL9322 libary with e2400-160 fiber to scsi router and a Interface Manager card.
The library has 4 x Ultrium 460 drives.
The Interface Mgr communicates with the e2400 and sees both fiber interfaces but is not able to see or communicat with the tape drives or robot.

We get the Critical error:

"Library SN ******** failed read-element status during discovery. Communication error.

Any ideas what may be the problem ?
