Hi,
Canâ t edit the configuration under Secure Manager portion from Command View TL after have applied the license. Please check on the print screen which captured, the Secure Manager license seems like did not join under the â E712-FCâ from the â Unmanaged licenseâ .

Solution
Looks like you made a mistake when you asked for the license, the serial number differ from the serial number of the library, the license is linked to one serial number. you library have xxxxxx6015, the license is for xxxxxx6105
You need to contact your dealer and ask for an exchange

Hi,
I think this is problem in licence mismatch. Just have look at the one which I have. Send screen shots, double click on the licences[last field in license] this will show the full license key.
