Error: 4mm DDS does not contain archive media.

Hi,

I always encounter this problem during the data verification. The data is backup successfully, but whenever it comes to the Verify Data stage, it shows the error: "4mm DDS does not contain archive media". At the end of log file, it shows the message below:

Backup Status
Removable Storage did not mount the requested media. The operation was aborted.

Some other details

Hardware: HP SureStore DAT40 (external).
Application: Win2000 Backup Utility.

I could backup the data to "Files" method using Win2K Backup Utility. But when I backup the data directly to the 4mm DDS. It always show me the error.

Anybody could help?
