Error message on LCD panel

Hello
I have just installed a replacement autoloader at drive in my proliant 5000. Spare part number 199466-201.
When the server is powered up I get a message on the LSD panel of the autoloader saying error 61.
I can find no reference to this message in any of the manuals.
What does it mean?
