Error on SSL2020, model: 175195-B12

Hi,

I'm getting the following error on the small screen on the library:

Fault Code:0602
LP-RAM init error
Enter to reboot or power down to clear

Powering down does clear it and the library comes up ok without any errors. However, sometimes it stays up long enough for a backup to finish but most times it fails with the same error.

Ideas?
