Event ID 9, 11, 15
Hi,
I have a Microsoft Windows 2000 cluster of two servers(DL 580) with two KGPSA cards that connect to Compaq Storagework SAN Switch 2/16 with then connect to hsg80 controllers in MA8K configuration. Of recent i have lost access to the cluster resources and when i check the event logs, i find eventlogs with ID's 9, 11 and 12 and the following details.
The device, \Device\Scsi\CPQKGPSA2, did not respond within the timeout period.
I need help, please..

Re: Event ID 9, 11, 15
These error indicate the time out occured when you lost the LUNS, CPQKGPSA2 are drivers for the FC HBA. Several components may be involved when lun disapears. I would suggest first to see if the shared disk is seen by the second node, then check if you have a path failure on FC, check the Switch logs to see if errors are logged, check on the storage for any errors on the arrays.

Re: Event ID 9, 11, 15
set the CPQKGPSA's parameter ResetTRPLO =1 for all of servers connected with MA8k.
