FSC code on HP 20/700

Can someone help me translate FSC 30B1 from a SureStore 20/700 for me? Or point me in the direction of finding what the FSC codes mean?

Not sure if this really helps, I did not touch such lib for many years.

30B1: ERR_SRV_FAILED_STALL,
The mechanism stall point was outside of allowable tolerances. Check for obstructions.

This must have something to do with the theta motor, located at the top behind the front door.

On closer inspection someone stuck a label upside down on one of the tapes resulting in the tape being inserted upside down.
