Firmware Upgrade for Ultrium 230 external

Today we tried to update the firmware from e22D to e32D. Firstly, we installed the latest Tape and Tools Library.
When we press the Start button to initialise the update, we get a message " You are about to update the device firmware with an image that does not match the personality of the drive ......this operation is likely to fail.
So who can explain what we should do?

Josh, Yes it is a C7401A via label at base of unit.
The OS is Win2K pro SP4.
The values for the H/W personality is 0x80000000 and for the F/W personality 000000009 that we obtained from the Tape & Library Tools.
We are unable also to update the firmware using the TLT Tools via the ' get Firmware from the Web' function. In fact it hangs.

Can we go directly from E22D to E32D or do we have to go via a series of steps?

This is a fake message, just go on with the firmware upgrade, if you want to avoid this message you can use the version 3.4 of L&TT.
