Firmware problem

Hi, I used the HP Library and Tape Tool to upgrade the firmware of my HP SureStore DLT1 and it failed. Now I can no longer see the drive.
What are my options of getting this drive working again.

Please help!

Andrew,

There is a known condition where the firmware update to a DLT1 actually is performed, but the drive fails to respond to SCSI commands after that until is power cycled.

Have you tried power-cycling the drive since the failure?
