Firmware revision/update?

Could anyone tell me where to find the latest firmware versions and where to update (if applicable) please? I can't find anything on the support site, and if I find a sniff of a clue, it diverts me to the Tape Options Rompaq, which doesn't contain anything for the SSL2020! Please help! Thanks
