Front Panel door cannot be lock by application -Backup Exec after firmware upgrade

recently we had upgraded the firmware of our tape library (HP MSL 6060 ) from 5.7 to 5.20 .After the upgrade,when the library is locked by the backup exec application we are not able to open the magazine doors as expected but we are able to open the mail slot doors.

Why this happend ,is it normal with this firmware ?
