HP C1553A

I have a c1553a autoloader and Im now getting an error code of 46 on the LCD panel. Does anyone know what that code means and the solution to its problem.

Error 46 can be displayed if the magazine is stopped in a wrong position on the turntable.

The HP diagnostic tool has a specific test to recover from this condition.

Run HP LTT (http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools), go the 'Utilities' menu, select 'Run Script' and then select the 'al46_recoveryscript.ssc' script file, check the checkbox next to your tape drive and select 'run'.
