HP C1557A autochanger

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware of my C1557A from U007 to U812 or even U709. My problem is that L&TT will not recognize the fact that the firmware file is in my folder is valid. The message is "wrong Pesonality". I have the library Option switch set for 7 (default) and the switches on the DDS-3 is set all on. Anyone knows why Storageworks won't see the firmware?

Ed,
I think that U007 should be later released firmware than others you've mentioned.
Please generate support ticket for your autoloader, zip it and attach to your next reply
