HP Colorado 20GB not working

I have a Windows NT Server with an HP 20GB Colorado Tape Drive. I have Veritas Backup Exec 8.5 and I get errors trying to do a tape backup. I looked in the Windows Event Log and see an error message regarding atapi with the following:

\Device\Tape0 has a bad block

Any ideas? What driver should I be using? Thanks
