HP Dat8 Tape Drive

Does anyone know of incompatabilities with Sony DDS2 tapes? Our appears to work with all others.

Hello,

We have Sony DDS3 tapes which work fine in DDS3 drives. I don't know about DDS2, but I tried to make an analogy, not certain how appropriate it is though.

Should work. But check if Sonys are MRS (media recognition system) -type tapes
