HP EML-E 103 Base Library LCD Panel Problem

Hi,

I have taken responsibility to do backup systems administration last month. Two weeks ago my personnel have done a firmware upgrade on the HP EML-E 103 Base Library from 1407 revision to 1493 revision using HP Library and Tape Tools.

After this upgrade, library works without any problem. But LCD panel in the front is almost white without any characters. Therefore, we could not control it on the front LCD panel.

During library's opening LCD shows HP icon without any problem. Therefore, I don't think that the problem is depending on the hardware. Does this LCD panel have another firmware to be upgraded or do we have anything to check?
