Actually we have short shipment of some part for HP MSL 6030 Library. Now we are continuously following up with vendor and local HP sales and support team since last 2 months, but there is no result.So, I want to escalate the same to higher level.Moreover I can not find anywhere escalation for the problem anywhere on website. So, i will be grateful to you if u can provide me the same.
