HP MSL 6060 w/4 drives ultrium2

Hi everyone
Does any experience MSL 6060 freezing??
my setup is with Windows 2003 server service pack 1. Hardware HP Proliant 360 DL G3 and with 1024 mb ram. The server is attached with Scsi cabling to the MSL 6060.
I have experienced 2 freezes within 4-5 months in between and onscreen display does not respons and you have to disconnect power supply in order to make work.

Moving the question to a tape hardware team...
Omniback and NT problems? double check name resolution, DNS/HOSTS...
