HP MSL2024 Library status error 8A 00

HP MSL2024 Library status error 8A 00

The tape library works normal, but on the status lcd, I find the next error : “Library status 8A 00”.
The web interface is not working. What does this mean?
Please Advise

The event code 8a 00 is telling you the lower power supply has failed.
