HP MSL2024 - firmware upgrade failed, library not booting
Hi,
During firmware upgrade from version 6.2 to 6.4 by HP L&TT got the message that waiting time is too long, on library LCD was posted "Shutting down library ...". After reboot library is not booting - fans on LTO drive and PSU running full speed, no other boot indication.
How I can restore my library functionality?

Re: HP MSL2024 - firmware upgrade failed, library not booting
Hi
Power off the MSL, Try removing the SAS cable connectivity from your MSL to the server.
Connect your MSL to a different power source without any SAS connection and check if your MSL boots up. Run a wellness test
infront of the OCP panel of your MSL.
