HP Storageworks Autoloader 1/8 - Firmware gone wrong

Please Help!
I was updating the firmware on my autoloader when the server crashed, now the autoloader does not want know anymore. I have all 4 lights flashing on the front with no error messages.
Is there a way to do a factory reset? to revert back to the previous firmware?

Hi Danny.

This is realy a trouble.
I think no way to fix your problem.
There are two reason will cause to replace H/W during the upgrade library firmware:
1. Electric cut out
2. Server crash
You have to make a call to HP Support to get help.
