HP SureStore E 2/20 Ultrium Library HELP
I have a HP SureStore E 2/20 Library and I need to reset the admin password. I hearded to say it's needed to update the code from the library controller card. Well, where can I find this code???

Hi,
regarding the password reset:
If you cannot remember the password, you should call the HP service. They will provide you a temp password. Using this you can reset the password.
