HP SureStore T20
We have the HP SureStore T20 Drive running in Windows 2000/NT and we can't figure out how to use it. We can't even find the program on how to run this.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Re: HP SureStore T20
Hi,
There are a number of backup products that can utilise your tape drive. Start with the search engine at www.hp.com and type in 'surestore T20'
This will return a number of links in which this information is stored.
Cheers
Michael

Re: HP SureStore T20
hi
I have connected a T20 to my pc and w2k found it immediatly
I could use NTbackup who is already part of OS without problem.
remenber when you connect the unit (if scsi one) to set your scsi controller to 5MB/s and disable wide negotiation
bye
