HP Surestore 1/9 Autoloader password

I bought an Autoloader 1/9 on eBay and the administrator password needs to be reset. There is no service contract so how do I go about getting this done?

you can call HP even if you are not in warranty, and ask them you need to reset the password, they will ask some info from the autoloader, and based on these data they will give you a code that allow the admin password to be reset
