HP Ultrium 460 Tape Drive will not Accept Media or Ejects Media Immediately


my company buy server ML370 G3 with tape Ultrium 460 in 7 last month.
this tape worked until 2 last week but Now
Tape Drive will not Accept Media or Ejects Media Immediately .
i unknown cause this problem?
how install drive firmware ?
please help me

Have you tryed to run L&TT diagnostic tool? he will suggest you what's wrong.
It also may be you have a media with a bad cartridge memory, so the drive cannot communicate with the tape and eject it, work aroound is to write protect the tape, and check if you can access to the data.

If you need ot upgrade FW, just download the L&TT tool, it will be used form upgrade the fw also.
