HP Ultrium

Hi All

We are having issues with our HP Ultrium 3 tape units.The robotic arm constantly fails and thwors errors. Last week we got the the Drive and the unit replaced but this today the same error has appeared again. I have attached the log file generated with this post. I am getting the following error on the unit eventlog:
hp2024 robotic failure
error code 9s08
Any suggestion if there is issues with the firmware or the unit itself??
