please Give me a HP6400 48AL firmware(ns01)

now out of autoloader because of firmware(9608) mismatch

The 9608 is the firmware for the C-1533a DDS2 drive that is only a part of your autoloader. Would suggest you down load the autoloader exerciser with library an tape tools and check the loading mechanism with it. Then try to explain problem.
