HPUX show only 7 tape drives

Hi
I have an EDL EMC tape library , i have created 40 virtual disks to be used as tapes
i have presented these disks to the HPUX backup server ,
from the ioscan , i can see only 7 tapes
how i can let the system view all the 40 tapes

The Volume Set Addressing (VSA) needs to be enabled in EDL console.
